Refund policy

  • Hassle-Free Returns
    Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Specific conditions may apply depending on the product and ongoing promotions.

  • Refunds
    Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be issued to THE GOOD CLOTH wallet.

  • Defective or Incorrect Products
    Any issues related to defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Sales & Offers
    Products purchased during special sales or promotional offers that include free items (e.g., Buy One Get One) are not eligible for return.

  • Reverse Shipping Charges
    In cases of excessive returns, a reverse shipping fee of up to ₹100 may be charged. This amount will be deducted from the refund.
